2. Description of Service
BioLinq provides a link-in-bio service that allows users to create a personalized landing page with multiple links to their social media profiles, websites, and other online content.
3. User Accounts
You must create an account via Google OAuth to use BioLinq. When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. User Content
You retain full ownership of all links and content you create on BioLinq. However, you must ensure that your content does not violate any laws or infringe on the rights of others. You must not post illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable content.
5. Premium Features
Premium features are available for a one-time payment. These features include custom themes, analytics, and advanced customization options. All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Payments are non-refundable except as required by law.
6. Intellectual Property
BioLinq and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by BioLinq and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of our service without explicit permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
BioLinq is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. In no event shall BioLinq be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the service.
8. Termination
You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date below. Your continued use of BioLinq after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
